LabNora is business software delivered over the internet that manages the production and order processes of dental laboratories. The only thing sold is a monthly subscription: there is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery to an address. This page explains when and how access to the service begins, how a subscription is cancelled, and in which cases money is refunded.

1. Seller information

The party providing the service and collecting the subscription fee is the business listed below.

  • Email: info@labnora.com
  • Website: labnora.com - Application: app.labnora.com

2. Scope and buyer

These terms apply to dental laboratory businesses (legal entities or sole proprietorships) that purchase a paid LabNora subscription. LabNora does not sell to consumers; the subscription is offered only to businesses acting within the scope of their commercial activity.

Clinics and dentists use LabNora free of charge. No subscription or usage fee is collected from them, so no payment, refund or cancellation process arises on the clinic side. The payment and refund provisions on this page do not concern clinics.

3. Nature of the service - there is no physical delivery

LabNora is a software service and is provided entirely by electronic means. Nothing is shipped to the laboratory in return for the subscription; the right to use the account is opened.

For this reason, none of the concepts specific to distance sales of goods apply to this service.

  • No physical product, box, licence card or printed material is sent.
  • No delivery by cargo, courier or post is made; no shipping fee is charged.
  • Delivery address, delivery time and tracking number do not apply.
  • The service is provided electronically and immediately at the moment payment is approved.
  • No installation, download or hardware is required; the service is accessed through a web browser and the mobile application.

4. Start of access (digital delivery)

The subscription starts the moment payment is approved by the payment institution iyzico, and the laboratory's account is activated instantly with the scope of the relevant plan. For this service, the moment of delivery is the moment the payment is approved.

There is no separate waiting, approval or setup process for access. You sign in to the same account with your existing username and password; the features included in the plan become usable within the same session.

If the payment is not approved, the subscription does not start and no charge is made. If a technical fault prevents access from opening even though payment was approved, simply write to our support channels; the time lost until the issue is resolved is not deducted from your subscription period.

5. Free trial

LabNora offers a free trial plan. No fee whatsoever is collected during the trial period.

Unless you move to a paid plan at the end of the trial, no card is charged. Since no payment is taken, no refund claim can arise for the trial period.

6. Fees, VAT and invoicing

Subscription fees shown on the website and in the panel are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable rate is added at the time of collection; the amount charged to the card is the total including VAT.

The invoice is issued according to the billing details recorded in the panel. Keeping those details accurate and up to date is the laboratory's responsibility.

Invoicing and delivery procedure (e-invoice / e-archive, transmission time):

7. Payment and card data security

Payments are taken only by credit card and only through the payment institution iyzico.

Card details never reach LabNora servers at any stage; they are not seen, recorded or stored by LabNora. Card details are entered on iyzico's own payment page and stored there. Renewal charges are likewise taken from the card stored at iyzico.

When you wish to change your card or remove a stored card, the operation again takes place on the iyzico side through the payment step.

8. Renewal and cancellation of the subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Unless it is cancelled, the fee for the next period is charged to the stored card.

Cancellation is done in a single step from the panel and without giving a reason. There is no need to call, submit a written request or exchange messages with support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You continue to use the service in full until the last day of the period you have paid for; at the end of that period your account leaves the paid subscription scope and no new charge is made.

Cancelling in the middle of a period does not create a refund for the remaining days of that period, because the service continues to be provided until the end of the period.

What happens to your account and data after cancellation, including account closure and retention periods, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Cases in which a refund is made

Refunds are made in cases of erroneous or duplicate charges. For approved requests, the amount is refunded to the same card used for the payment within 14 days at the latest from the approval of the request. No refund is made in cash, by bank transfer or to a different card.

How long the refund takes to appear on your card statement depends on your bank's processing and is outside LabNora's control.

  • More than one charge taken for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).
  • A higher amount than due being charged because of a system or processing error.
  • A renewal charge taken for a subscription that had been duly cancelled.
  • Payment taken while access to the service was never opened and the problem could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

10. Cases in which no refund is made

No refund is made for periods in which the service was provided. As long as access is kept open, the service is deemed to have been provided; whether the laboratory used the software a lot or a little does not change this.

  • A subscription period that has been used.
  • The remaining days of a subscription cancelled mid-period (no pro-rata partial refund is made).
  • The service having been used little or not at all.
  • A mid-period difference refund where the laboratory chooses to downgrade its plan or reduce its user count - the difference/offset procedure to be applied in that case:
  • Usage problems arising from the laboratory's own infrastructure (internet access, device, browser).

11. How to request a refund

If you notice an erroneous or duplicate charge, simply write to one of the channels below. There is no separate form to fill in.

To speed up your request, please provide: laboratory name, the account email address, the charge date, the amount charged and the transaction number if available. Never share your full card number; only the last four digits are needed.

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days at the latest and the outcome is communicated to you in writing. Where the request is approved, the refund is made to the same card within 14 days at the latest from approval.

  • Email: info@labnora.com
  • In-app support / suggestion and request channel

12. Right of withdrawal

A LabNora subscription is sold only to businesses acting within the scope of their commercial activity. Because the buyer is a merchant and acquires the service for professional or commercial purposes, it is not deemed a consumer; therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal regime under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts does not apply to this sale. For the same reason, recourse to consumer arbitration committees is not available in this relationship. [LEGAL COUNSEL APPROVAL]

Furthermore, the service is a digital service whose performance begins electronically the moment payment is approved; for services performed instantly, treating the right of withdrawal as falling within the statutory exceptions is a separate consideration. [LEGAL COUNSEL APPROVAL]

The refund and cancellation provisions on this page do not replace any statutory right of withdrawal; they are LabNora's own refund policy and are limited to the cases listed above.

13. Discontinuation of the service by LabNora

If LabNora discontinues the service by its own decision, the amount corresponding to the paid but not yet used part of the period is intended to be refunded on a pro-rata daily basis. [LEGAL COUNSEL APPROVAL]

Whether a refund is made in cases of suspension or termination due to breach of contract, non-payment or misuse of the software is governed by the Terms of Use. [LEGAL COUNSEL APPROVAL]

Terms regarding planned maintenance, downtime and availability commitments:

14. Resolution of disputes

Disputes about charges and refunds are first addressed in good faith through the support channels.

For disputes that cannot be resolved, the competent courts and execution offices are:. As the buyer is a merchant, recourse to consumer arbitration committees does not apply. [LEGAL COUNSEL APPROVAL]

15. Effect and changes

These terms take effect on the date they are published. When the text is updated, the date at the top of the page changes; significant changes are additionally announced inside the application.

Changes apply to charges and renewals occurring after the effective date; they are not applied retroactively to past periods.
